I was sent a completely different item, with no lace except for around the top waistband. I contacted the return email provided and they haven't gotten back to me even after a week. I didn't bother to try it on, but just holding it I could tell it was much smaller than the same size in other styles. The fit would be way too low on the hips, and very tight at the seams. I would rate zero if I could for both the product and customer service.
